Job Purpose : To act as business growth enabler by leading, planning and managing pre-sales support for and with our front-end teams (sales and client management) by ensuring creation/submission of timely, quality materials to win business and development/maintenance of a healthy pipeline.
Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Highly effective communicator capable of setting and manage expectations, handling conflict, etc. while working globally
Helpful to have spent time working in/leading global teams and/or in Western Markets
Minimum 12-15 years in leading Presales team including areas such as Bid & Proposal Management, Demand and/or Lead Generation, Market Research, and Sales Administration (Sales Ops)
