BMC Remedy Change Management,
BMC Remedy Asset Management,
BMC Remedy Service Level Agreements.
ITIL Foundation a must
Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc . Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus
