1. Work closely with the BU and Operations Heads to develop global resource plan that is in line with the growth projection for the next 1-2 years.
2. Identify right source-mix to ensure cost control yet meeting hiring lead time
3. Design and implement effective hiring practices that can be used globally
4. Design and implement The Company’s campus hiring initiative with the objective to hire the best talent and increase brand awareness
5. Work closely with the C&B team by passing feedback on current market salaries for specific roles and realign The Company’s compensation levels, if needed
6. Lead initiatives such as Interviewer Certification programmes to train employees to become effective interviewers
7. Coach and mentor recruiters to increase efficiency
