B.S. degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other technical discipline.
2+ years of technical experience in SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 and IIS 5,6,7.* production environments
Responding to issues of slow system response time. Monitor and troubleshoot technical BPC application or environment and performance issues (server and
BPC event logs, Application and SQL Server performance monitoring)
Application and system validation post system changes and patching.
Monitoring and supporting .Net connector interfaces between ERP and BPC
Health check of system after periodic system patching.
Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with
all levels of the organization and with external clients.
Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
Good written and verbal communications skills are required.
Excellent Team Player / Good Customer interaction Skills.
