The job holder will act as the Success Factors Senior Application Analyst, contributing to the HROSA goals for deployment of technology solutions
Lead the implementation and adoption of key SF modules supporting Reliances transformational processes
Support the evaluation of new functionality and deliver continuous improvement into the business
Provide subject matter expertise on business process, service enhancements with a good understanding of HR direction
Lead the definition/redesign of processes and workflow ensuring alignment with the empower methodology and best practice
Assure that the design and build of the modules within SF integrate into the overall RIL landscape (including SAP on-premise, Analytics, Portal)
Support the build and documentation of support processes for the on-going Operationalisation of the implementation into the BAU support organization
Work closely with project/business sponsors (and their representatives) to gain approval and acceptance of the system build
Act as SME with the business representatives and process owners to drive continuous improvement and deploy changes and extend the footprint, into other parts of the organisation
Provide supervision and coaching to the SF administration team members in HROSA
System implementation / software service skills include project administration, lead solution design, data migration, systems administration, (knowledge of) product configuration, report writing, client expectation management, administration and end-user training.
Experience in Success Factors implementations.
Proven project lead capability experience across multiple life-cycles.
Able to supervise the HROSA administration support team to ensure service delivery which is consistently compliant with both Reliance quality standards and service level agreements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams as a key contributor and influencer.
At least 7 years in a HR systems environment and 2 years serving in a team lead capacity
At least 2 unique implementations of key HR modules in a lead role
Experience implementing SuccessFactors or other talent management software as a service
Strong record of positive relationships working within a team and project environment
Proven track record delivering projects on time and with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with teammates and customers
Proven supervisory capability
