Assist in the planning, development and execution of Recruitment Marketing and employer branding initiatives, contributing towards lead generation .
Lead efforts for developing collaterals (print collaterals, Videos, AV, microsites) supporting the recruitment brand of Organization, in India
Leverage understanding of the IT-ITeS industry in proactively suggesting campaigns and initiatives to support business requirements.
Develops workable implementation plans including realistic estimates for costs, times and resources required
Coordinating with Global Marketing teams for content development, messaging, and defining candidate value proposition and getting approvals as required
Manage Success Metrics, Budgets and MIS/Reporting for these activities
Proactively scan the Organization environment/ Geographies and look for Best Practices in the area of Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Management that can be leveraged for the RM India initiatives
Manage Agencies/vendor, Marketing Shared Services Team, while aligning their efforts to the success of the Program
Manage stakeholders and leadership by understanding their POVs and requirements and translating these into plans and deliverables, aligning with the overall RM objective.
Cross leverage other Marketing and Communication functions to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Minimum of 9 years of marketing and/or communications experience with exposure to branding and positioning, and leveraging communication mix to influence Target Group.
Corp-Comm / Marcomm Function of a Large MNC IT company or Tier-1 Indian IT services company and/or Client Servicing Role in Leading/Tier 1 Advertising Agencies and/or Brand Management/Merchandizing/Event Management Role within Consumer Durables/FMCG

Support in driving the Recruitment Marketing agenda that aligns with organization's Recruitment objectives
Project management skills. Manages the organization brand and positioning within all Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing activities, to ensure proper alignment with organization's, brand, corporate positioning and business priorities
Work with key stakeholders to understand overarching business objectives and specific recruitment objectives, and translate them into integrated recruitment marketing plans
Understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.
Able to provide sound solutions to executives within Marketing & Communications.
Leadership skillssupervision of Organization analysts and professionals outside Organization, as assigned.
