Knowledge & Skills Required
8 to 13yrs of relevant experience in corporate communication or integrated marketing
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Work with key stakeholders to understand overarhing business objectives and specific recruitment objectives, and translate them into integrated recruitment marketing plans.
Plan, develop and execute Recruitment Marketing campaigns
Strengthens relationships with targeted candidates as they wait to on-board
Generates requisite demand for qualified resumes to meet recruitment objectives, as agreed with Recruitment leads
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to continually monitor progress of plans against business and recruitment objectives, to enable course-correction as required
Monitor the agencies, as they develop the collaterals (print collaterals, Videos, AV, microsites, signage, posters etc) and advertising to drive the recruitment programs in India and to ensure that correct positioning,
Brand guidelines and positioning are being adhered to; provide direction to the agencies, as required to maintain the highest standards of Brand adherence are met.
Conceptualize and manage online marketing programs leveraging Social Networking Sites and mobile medium
Leverage understanding of the industry to proactively suggest campaigns and initiatives to support changing business requirements
Coordinate with Global Marketing teams for content development, messaging, and defining candidate value proposition and getting approvals as required
Cross leverage other Marketing and Communication functions to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
