Key Responsibilities are:
Minimum 12 years, with demonstrated experience in:
Experience in handling disciplinary issues.
Handling complaints of sexual harassment.
Handling employees grievance redressal.
Handling absenteeism and absconding matters.
Handling legal notices and litigation.
Handling performance related issues
Handling disbursement of terminal dues.
Handling court summons, letters from police in matters involving employees.
Handling letter from advocate, third party or family members in matters involving our employees.
Support in preparing process documents.
Support to corporate investigation.
Support to capability development team in training relating to EL issues.
Support to HR in rebadging and mapping in M& A and Outsourcing deals.
Support to Contracting team on EL issues.
Advise on non-compete, non-solicitation and restrictive covenants.
Issues relating to recruitment and exit of MDs.
Ability to provide advice to employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, Exit and Capability Development team etc.
Ability to comprehend complex issue, brief leadership, coordinates with various teams, collate information and provide practical solutions.
Ability to comprehend complex issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and outside counsel in matters of legal notice and litigations.
Ability to work with business teams to handle employment law related issues.
Ability to perform assignment in time.
Acting as an independent reviewer to ensure that employment law Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the management abreast with EL issues.
Ability to adapt to the new working environment and work culture.

Worked in a reputed law firms or multinationals company including the manufacturing environment (desirable but not mandatory).
