Job Description


1. Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve
a. Productivity
b. Improve SLA performance
2. Be responsible for the Operational excellence Framework for one/multiple deals or a towers/Site
3. Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
4. lead global projects in OE
5. People manager for a team
6. Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence

 

Around 6+ years of relevant experience
8+ yrs of minimum overall experience
Black Belt certified or Green Belt certification with good knowledge of Lean practices

Must have experience of working in Multiple Domains and Directly Led at least 5 GB or BB projects
Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
Needs to have worked in a BPO Operational Excellence (or similar) function /operations
Certification in Lean and other quality practices added advantage
Strong ability to influence
