Job Description

Obtaining all relevant information from vendor for registration/qualification; Collecting and collating data on spend, outstanding payments, open requisitions/orders etc.; Sharing collated report with supervisor.

Receiving and reviewing PRs; Preparing / sending RFQs; Preparing QCS; Creating PO against approved QCS / RC; Communicating PO to vendor.

Assist in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices; Provide inputs based on issues faced in day to day operations; Execute approved initiatives under guidance of supervisor.
