OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
End to end onsite migrations
Must have experience as a Transition Lead
Must be involved in costing, budgeting, feasibility, pre-transition phase till post transition, (the project goes to a steady state)
Candidates having experience into non-it transitions (BPO transitions)
Proposal development related:
Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
Providing specific inputs on aspects of off-shoring work (such as costs, organisation structure etc), to the onshore Deal team
Coordinating with operations and support functions (such as HR, Technology etc) to ensure that their views are incorporated into the proposal
Ensure eSCM compliance for all pre-delivery activities
Identify means of improving our proposal development activities
Involved in solution planning for deals
Lead OE efforts of deals
Project manage the transition into the BPO delivery centre to ensure a smooth and successful transition
Ensure that the transition is completed within the allocated budgets and time-frames
Work with various functions of the BPO centre like Finance, HR, IT etc to ensure operational set-up of the deal
Identify means of improving our transition processes
Client facing activities:
Manage client site visit programs, especially during pre-sales and transition periods
Ensure creation of supporting documents such as case studies
Work with deal teams to identify and train presenters to be involved in floor visits
Define and create common processes and procedures for Client Services processes relating to Sales, visits, costing and transition
Work with other functions in order to improve functioning of the AFS organisation, such as operational excellence initiatives, cost reduction etc
Lead centre-wide initiatives in identified areas
Domain specific background in F&A, Procurement etc. is a good to have skill however not mandatory.
Experience in managing Project Plans.
Experience in running Minutes of the Meeting (MoM).
Experience in management of one workstream or multiple workstreams.
Candidates should have been involved in atleast 4 to 5 transition projects with complete visibility to the various functions.
Candidates should fundamentally strong with their project management basics and techniques.
Experience from due diligence to the steady state..
