Looking for Procure to Pay Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, and the end to end Procure to Pay Cycle

Desired Profile:

Experience in ERP is a must (SAP desirable)
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands on experience in Accounting activities; thorough understanding of procure to pay functions.
Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft applications
Good accounting skills, analytical skills and accuracy with numbers
Flexible to work in any shift, positive mindset
Self-motivated and team-oriented; good project management skills
Able to work independently and effectively and drive things to closure
Good listening, writing and presentation skills; ability to handle customer calls independently
Ability to stretch, work in a high pressure environment and handle stressful situations

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying key process gaps and deviations to core and designing projects
Seamlessly executing AP projects globally across various countries supported from different poles
Data Analysis to support business decisions; assist in Leadership Review Packages with
Business Analytics
Ensuring customer deliverables and project timelines are met
Change management to drive behavior in both Company and Client teams to ensure project execution
Owning SLA reporting for AP globally and performing audit across teams on the sanity of the data
Need based ad hoc reporting and analysis to support requirements of business
Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team
