Job Description

Process review and transformation assignments

Process-level corrective actions and tracking the implementation of corrective actions

Interface with various team and support functions to implement process improvement initiatives

The candidates who are doing Projects for Third Party Clients will BE GIVEN PREFERENCE. 
Experience in a INTERNATIONAL BPO will be an added Advantage.

Candidate with Excellent Communication skills will be preferred.
