Job Description

Handling and controlling the Payroll Input Function for the international countries like Australia, Costa Rica, China, Philippines, US, UK and South Africa.

Job role include:
a. Checking and Payment of Variable pay such as Incentives, over time, Night differential, Retention, etc.
b. Controlling Leave, Attendance and Variable Input systems
c. Ensure correct and timely payment of salary
d. Monitoring of payroll input for employees life cycle, from hire to fire.
e. Strong knowledge of Payroll compliances, Statutory Taxes and other deductions, Yearend activities.
f. Creating and controlling BU wise Incentive scheme Masters across globe.
2. Benefit Administration:
a. Renewals
b. Open Enrollment
3. Payroll Reporting:
a. Statutory Reporting
b. Compliance Reporting under IRS and other statutory bodies pertaining the respective countries
4. Handling of Payroll Audit
5. Payroll Automation Projects
