Role Responsibilities :
- The right individual will have deep experience and a proven track record in consulting to a number of organizations on Organizational design, Talent Management and Strategic Reward:
- Delivering complex Organization Transformation Projects;
- Preferably playing key role in large projects to module lead subject areas related to Talent Development, Competency assessment and development and identifying individual development needs;
- Has experience in conducting HR audits and proven experience in process optimization and re-engineering;
- Has proven client management and expectation handling experience;
- Has strong analytical and conceptual capacities, with creativity and judgment to dynamically present client expectations;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
