Job Description

1) Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:

A) Primary job function is to Lead the training division (HIMMER) and develop training has a separate revenue generating vertical.

b) Build brand image for HIMMER (Hofincon Institute of Maintenance Management, Engineering & Research

c) Course contents finalization, faculty selection, course contents customization as per need, plan delivery of the program

d) Act as point-of-contact for pricing and responding to all field training requests

e) Participate in the creation of a leadership team to ensure training is translating the company's training needs into viable training products and technology

f) Determines training objectives. Writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, and designs laboratory exercises

g) Develop and analyze metrics to assess needs and impact of training delivery

h) Identification of Prominent Training Institute and experienced trainers.

i) Develop and implement comprehensive training campaigns like seminars, Workshops etc etc sing internal and external resources

j) Ensure investment in learning program gets converted into visible business outcomes.

k) Create Curriculum for Various Group of Audiences Based On the Business Needs.

l) Ability to Upskill to New Technology Areas and with Passion to Deliver Training

m) Work directly with internal experts, external institutes and consultants to develop content.

Candidate should posses

a). Deep knowledge of the training business from an operations and business perspective.

b) Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

c) Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to support the success of Organization

d) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology simply.

e ) Strong PowerPoint and Word application skills.
