Job Description

Core Responsibilities

1. To work on the field and generate sales thru leads or referrals
2. To take complete ownership of the given revenue and sales target
3. Plan short and medium term strategy for lead generation.
4. Should have good presentation and communication skills
5. Need to acquire customers thru need based selling, clear and ethical communication.
6. Ensure concept is sold first that the whole process is a customer delight.
7. Participate in overall marketing and launch strategy along with potential customer engagement


Post Graduate with finance degree (CA, MBA- Finance or any relevant)

Should have worked as wealth manager with a leading bank or with any financial institute of repute

Has been dealing with HNI doing portfolio management and having interest in real estate and hospitality

Person with minimum 5 years experience directly dealing with customers building relationship, patient, good mannerism, empathetic with good family background.

Functional Skills

1. Ability to sell a concept and be sensitive to customers needs and expectations. Person who has been selling long gestation products and concept

2. Must be able demonstrate clear communication and presentation skills in order to actively participate in discussions.

3. Knowledge of financial products and Indian tax laws would be vital.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player at all levels.

Should have been ethical in his dealings with a proven track record of building relationships. Must have been working in the same city for the last 5 years so as to have his/her own initial market.

5. Strong result orientation, process alignment/ adherence with customer centricity is a must.

Behavioural Skills

1. Compassionate, Hospitable, good core values with relationship building ability.

2.Go getter, high on result orientation with positive attitude and a team player

3.Credible and comfortable in dealing with senior executives and seniors.

4. Pleasing personality who likes to dress up decently and demonstrates good etiquettes.
