Support in smooth set up and functioning of QA to meet business.
Involves in gathering client requirements for building QA plan, supporting migration team for implementation of QA plan for new client processes.
Lead process improvement projects.
Incubation of QCAs in all new processes and perform ongoing reviews.
Train / mentor on basic quality tools and techniques
Min 1.5 years experience as Assistant Manager (Quality)
Domain experience of US Insurance (mandatory)
Exp in US P&C insurance preferred.
Should be currently in team handling role.
Six Sigma and Green Belt Trained and certified.(Mandatory)
Must have lead at least 2-4 GB projects
