Job Description

8 + years of IT experience

Should have at least 2 end-to-end Siebel implementation experience

Skilled in understanding requirements and estimations.

Strong knowledge in Siebel 8.x,

Experienced in managing design and delivery of Siebel application, work allocation and quality compliance.

Must be well conversant with SDLC lifecycle and follow Release & Change management processes.

Task Estimation, experience in providing accurate implementation estimates and the ability to validate estimates.


Should have excellent customer management skills.

Should have excellent Project Management and Team Leading skills.

Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization.

Proactive thinking.

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.

Should also be flexible for long working hours.

Strong Verbal Communications Skills, ability to interact with both business and technical colleagues.
