Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
• Excellent working knowledge & understanding of Excel, Pages, Word, Numbers, and Keynote
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently
• Experience in managing external resources
• Interdepartmental co-ordination to ensure smooth operations at all times; successfully looking after overall management of the Back office work.
• Perform outbound activities such as cold calling & lead follow-up.
• Coordination with the Sales team .
