* Responsible for penetrating to the Indian market and building customer base
* In charge of sales of API's in India.
* Transmitting professional and technical information to clients
* Meeting sales goals in the country
* Responsible for sales in neighboring countries such as Pakistan, Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh etc.
2. Major Duties:
1. Management and operations of sales in India
2. Identifying new clients
3. Identifying and introducing new products
4. Business intelligence
5. Constructing multi-year forecasts (working plans)
3. Principal Challenges (Typical issues to deal with):
* Introducing Products to Indian customers producing for the local and US and Europe markets
* Working in a very competitive market (large local production- many competitors)
* Dealing with very competitive prices
* Differentiate company from its competition as high quality manufacturer
* Dealing with prioritizing supply to customers
* Dealing with quality topics and problems if occurs
* Dealing with challenging technical issues
* Dealing with regulatory issues mainly for markets outside India
* Workings according to Company strict codes of conduct.
