Lead a overall of 40 - 50 associates with 3-4 AMs/Ms reporting to him/her
Monitor and ensure delivery of work across the entire process as per agreed service delivery timelines
Accountable for day-to-day operational management of the process, adherence to SLAs, metrics
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across different functions.
Ensure implementation of standard practices within his/her process (Common Minimum Practices, Service Delivery Fundamentals etc)
Accountable for performance against financial parameters
Manage customer relationship
Responsible for driving and meeting the HR metrics in his team
Share and impart knowledge with a focus on continuous improvement.
Able to coach and mentor, foster team spirit.
Work with the process owners of the client account in driving saving of commodities sourced.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Should have handled a span of at least 20+ agents for 3 - 4 years
5 - 8 yrs of working experience in a Strategic sourcing environment.
Candidate needs to have experience in transactional procurement
Experience in spend, contract management, catalogue management, Req to PO, e sourcing and must have been a part of transitions
Experience of working in a BPO environment (desirable)
Proven record of handling clients independently
Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward, motivate and retain talent)
Proven record of financial acumen (ability to understand cost levers, financial budgets and ability to link initiatives to financial outcomes)
Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
