Job Description

Ensure that critical services like canteen, transport, travel for employees is run effectively
Ensure that the Laundry services are managed efficiently and as per GMP standards
Ensure that the services are provided with optimal costs and without any deviation in service standards.
Build relationships across organisation to ensure feedback & resolution of grievances, if any, from employees with respect to transport, canteen, uniforms & other services, etc.
Manage ticketing, visas, forex, hotels, invitation letters, etc. for domestic and foreign guests
Communication - phone / mobile bills management for employees
Ensure all proper contracts/ AMCrsquos are in place with all the vendors
Initiate bills, etc, of each contract on time.
Managing scrap which includes non-haz and haz wastes in cost effective manner.
Support in audits related to Quality, EHS etc
Secretarial services if need be
Handling Admin department in Mumbai effectively.
Managing team of Admn staff effectively
Computer & SAP friendly
