A key focus area for Quality team has been to increase efficiency of the processes functioning within the organization (India) and onshore by various means. Continuous Improvement is one of the core activities that we do to support this initiative.
Assistant Manager Quality will be responsible for lead and mentor improvement projects (Six Sigma & Lean), Drive survey and feedback for internal processes and stakeholders, Drive ISO 9001 standard across the organization (India), Conduct quality training and awareness sessions, To evolve framework for quality and productivity measurement for processes across various lines of business operations, Work with Line of Business and to develop fact-based performance standards (SLAs) and metrics, Analyze statistical data from quality assurance indicators (SLA) to measure process control.
Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Business Process Transformation.
Should have done Business Consulting, Business Transformation projects.
Project Management & Business Analysis exposure would be an added advantage.
Financial Services Background would be preferred.
