The Manager-Operations is expected to lead the APAC Global Banking and markets KYC AML and Client on boarding teams.
Support the team /leads and work closely with them on daily operational issues.
Interact with LOB and provide support to the team.
People Management Skills
Respond to Escalation emails from Sales / Internal partners.
SLA and metrics Management.
Partner with the teams and facilitate prioritization of work as per business need.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Guidance to the team.
Identify issues and control gaps in existing infrastructure
Work with technology team to streamline our processes
Understand global regulatory/compliance policies.
Ability to analyze data and come up with Capacity Model
