Analyzes collective bargaining agreement to develop interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of contract
Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization.
Involved in local liasoning, Liasoning with Govt authorities
Good knowledge of labour legislation, disciplinary actions.
Qualification - Any Graduate + MBA/ PG/ MMS/ MSW/ MLS in HR / IR
Experience - 8 to 12 yrs
