1. Candidate will be responsible to conceptualize solutions for different clients in the area of Human Capital Consulting concerning People, Organization and Change.
2. Talent Development, Organization Development, Optimizing the HR Function, Compensation and Strategic Reward and Behavioral Change Management.
3. Deep experience and a proven track record in consulting to a number of organizations on Organizational design, Talent Management and Strategic Reward
4. Delivering complex Organization Transformation Projects
5. Preferably playing key role in large projects to module lead subject areas related to Talent Development, Competency assessment and development and identifying individual development needs
6. Has experience in conducting HR audits and proven experience in process optimization and re-engineering
7. Has proven client management and expectation handling experience;
8. Has strong analytical and conceptual capacities, with creativity and judgement to dynamically present client expectations
