Our requirement is for candidates who have in-depth knowledge and exhaustive experience in doing Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis. Only candidates with rich experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis will be considered.
This position is responsible for providing management with advanced analytics on financial and operational metrics.
This role partners with the business leadership to provide decision support, periodic analytics and proactively draws attention of the business towards possible red flags.
This role will work with the Finance/ Business leaders to support and track change management projects to closure.
Principal duties and responsibilities
Analyze and understand the root causes of the business unit s financial results and provide concrete suggestions for improvement.
Establish focused financial reporting and analysis mechanisms to support BU opportunities.
Collaborate with BU management and Accounting to assist with monthly closes.
Lead preparation of BU financial forecasts and budgets including identifying/quantifying risks and opportunities and probabilities of each.
Conduct / lead monthly operations / financial review for assigned BUs.
Responsible for understanding the relevant industry, BU, and opportunities to determine the impact to CVG.
Determine, maintain, and understand the key business drivers of the business unit (e.g., headcount, subscribers, clients, revenue per head or sub, standard pricing, etc.).
Assist with establishing financial goals and operational metrics for BUs as needed.
Responsible for supporting, tracking and reporting on special projects (e.g., headcount ramp up/ down, capacity analysis, profit improvement programs, etc.)
Responsible for overseeing preparation of annual budgets including negotiating agreement on specifics of the budget with various segments of the BU and other internal organizations.
CA by qualification
The candidate should be from BPO industry and from the Business Finance team.
Minimum experience of 5 years
Should have good communication skills
Preferred candidate should have financial analytics background - experience as a Business Analyst.
Extensive experience in consolidating and analyzing business/ financial results.
Candidate must be able to understand, quickly, learn various applications/ technology to download financial numbers and operational metrics.
Must be advanced user of Excel and PPT with Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft Financials.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with Strong economic and analytical skills
Proficient with PCs for analysis and modeling
Minimum experience of 5 years in Business Finance role with deep understanding of BPO industry and RICH experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Should be a CA with good communication skills
