Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech (full time)
Experience: 4 - 12 Years
Planning, executing & rendering after sales support to the customers resulting in revenue generation for the business as per the business plan.
Providing regular input to keep our processes in alignment with our service,manpower planning & development.
Achieving the KRA parameters viz, TAT on Installation, Field Repair,Relocation, Cost per call, Escalation Management.
Driving Quality Audits and taking necessary actions on rectification and filed training.
Establishing and developing service partner network and providing service support to ensure achievement of targets.
Making significant contributions in Network expansion.
Team handling- motivating the team & training them to increase their efficiency.
