Responsible for multiple client deliverables relating to assurances services. You will be required to maintain the highest order of integrity and independence.
Your responsibilities will include…
Creating and managing good independent relationships with client’s senior management.
Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
Provide perspective to clients on trends and emerging practices in the local and global market in relation to client’s operations.
Speaking at external conferences or internal specialty sessions.
Lead preparation of high quality proposals and expand opportunities with existing clients.
Quality and Operational excellence
Demonstrate the ability to understand macro and strategic issues on the client assignment, with guidance from the Partner.
Demonstrates good communication skills, both written and verbal in client interactions, and sensitivity in discussing issues with senior management and /or audit committee.
Delegate work to team members. Monitor and review delegated work at suitable milestones.
Demonstrates expert level of technical knowledge across GAAPs i.e. Indian, IFRS, US (preferable) etc
Provide pertinent guidance and advice to colleagues on quality or risk management issues.
Effective engagement management and monitoring of key parameters as to profitability, utilization etc.
Possesses a thorough understanding of Global Audit Methodology and effectively applying them to engagements.
Create a climate of high performance in the team.
Provides real-time constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in development of training programme and delivery of training.
