Desired Profile :
Relevant experience (8 to 14 yrs) in LAN/ WAN/ Routers/ Switches. Troubleshooting, implementation, configuration, escalation management, tickets handling, monitoring of Network products. And, it is Rotational Shift Job (24 by 5) assignment. CCIE Certification is an added advantage.
- To handle level 3 tasks of Trouble Tickets and Type2 /Tc change Requests of global clients.
- Timely resolution of the incidents (TTs) as per the clients SLA.
- Accurate and timely problem reporting diagnostics and trouble shooting by following SOPs and escalation procedures.
