Job Description

Report to Director Operations.

Manage the relationships and deliver high quality HR Services, counsel, and advice to assigned customer groups, including but not limited to: talent management; employee relations, performance management, compensation programs and processes, training & development, benefit inquiries, organizational development, organizational structure;
Work with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Admin & Projects) to ensure consistency of process and policy application and to aid in program development;
Communicate HR programs, processes, policies and initiatives to assigned customer groups, as necessary;
Work closely with corporate HR team as necessary and appropriate on issues with people impact;
Act as a trusted advisor and HR coach to leaders and managers with in the assigned client group;
Ensure that all legal entities comply with applicable employment law and regulations
Provide consultation on a variety of HR topics and issues, as necessary, ensuring seamless execution of processes and preservation of company policies and processes across the ROW geography;
Support achievement of the business strategy and objectives through execution of people management practices
Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
Ensure that all legal entities comply with applicable employment law and regulations

Exp in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, Strategic HR Management, Organizational Restructuring,Interdepartmental Strategy and Control, OD & Culture Building and Setting up HR policies and processes for
Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
