Analyzing End to End process flow for identifying non-valuable activities, optimizing / re-engineering of which can result in efficient and effective process thereby leading to significant reduction in cost
Engaging all the staff in Quality Improvement Initiatives by improving their awareness on usage of quality improvement methodologies (QC tools, Six Sigma, QES etc) and implementation of Quality Circles
Participating in significant improvement projects as decided by management/Client
The individual should demonstrate capability of delighting ones customers by focusing on their needs and ensuring that the customer perspective is the driving force behind all value-added business activities
Using Advance Statistical Process Control Tools to monitor, analyze and control the process variation on key metrics impacting the process performance (Talk time, ACW, Hold, No. of escalations, Attrition, Absenteeism etc)
