Job Description

Responsible for heading and reporting metrics and delivery for the entire site

Delivery of all customer metrics and management of operations metrics

P&L management

Be the responsible Exec in case of any major employee/ law and order issue

Work towards better utilization of site infrastructure

Aggregate site management, review and report all functions and drive Facility, Transport,

Security, Training, Retention & Audit Requirements

Conduct RoundTables/Focus Group and work towards closure of open concerns from site perspective

Review and Manage the site level cost to keep at minimum

Work closely with shared services

Ensure integrity of data and reports and adherence to service level agreements

Continuously drive employee metrics

Continuously drive and improve efficiency metrics like seat/manpower utilizations.

Understanding of quality/ transition /workflow etc

Customer management-develop and sustain strong relationship with clients

Ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery through focus on metrics & delivery

To lead/ manage all aspects of operations across multiple accounts, with emphasis on service delivery, continuous improvement in operating results and strengthening underlying processes (transition, quality, work flow)
