Job Description

Qualification : Bachelor's Level Degree

Key Skills :

Should have at least 7 - 8 Years experience in Banking & Finance (BFSI) Process Excellence role. (BB Projects)
Candidates with BFSI Projects Experience Mandatory
Candidates that have done BFSI projects & Supported Global BFSI Program Multi Geos for client and Multi Delivery site globally for provider (Global BFSI Contract)
Certified Black Belt (From Institute) Client Facing,

Shifts: 11 am to 9 pm (Need to support both UAE and US Process)

CTC: Salary Open for the right Candidate at GM level

Skill/Special Skills:

Six Sigma Black belt certified with good knowledge of Lean practices
Strong knowledge of Quality principles and techniques
Needs to have worked in a Third party environment & have good stakeholder management
Certification in ISO, PMP or other quality practices will be an added advantage
Strong Communication & presentation skills
Should have worked in BFSI
Should be well versed with set up of Transactional Quality & Process Excellence & managing on a regular basis
Should have executed atleast 5-6 GB/BB or Lean projects and mentored 1- 2 GB/BB projects

Job Description :

1) Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve
e.Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity

2)Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives
3)Lead global projects in Operational Excellence
4)People manager for a team
5)Manage end to end Transactional Quality across BFSI domain
6)Drives the OE program for a client/clients in a site/across sites
7)Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
