Marketing Analytics / Related Domain Experience: 5-7 years
- Experience in the areas of Marketing Dashboards, Campaign Management, Customer Segmentation, Customer Profiling and Channel Optimization
Social Media Experience: 2-3 years
- High exposure level to traditional media (printed) / social media - Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Blogs, etc.
- Possess understanding of data mining and analysis / reporting applications such as Radian 6 or Attensity
Technology Tools Experience
- Familiarity with Social Media Monitoring tools such as Radian 6
- Must have Excellent communication and presentation skills be extremely proficient with MS Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to relate analysis results to business outcomes
- Certifications in Social Media Operations and/or analytics, Marketing Analytics is an added advantage
- Has the ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)
-Special focus on driving analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements across global portfolio
Is able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Social Media and Marketing Analytics. Must bring in thought leadership and understanding of current & future trends of Social Media and Marketing analytics areas
- Able to identify, evaluate and recommend latest technology platforms in Social Media and Marketing Analytics
- Design, build, deploy and maintain standard delivery solutions/methodologies
- Work closely with industrialization leads, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams
- Provide periodic progress reporting to stakeholders, coordinate and promote effective cross team-working
- Conduct interviews in the area of Social Media and Marketing analytics for staffing
- Identify training plans for new recruits in Social Media and Marketing Analytics
-Contribute to internal knowledge communities by preparing and publishing White Papers, Presentations etc.
- Build and manage a team of functional(Social Media, Marketing) analytics experts
Total Experience must be 10 years+. Relevant should be 2.5- 3 years into Social Media Analytics using tools like Radian6, Attensity etc. Considerable exposure into Marketing Analytics required. International Client management.
