Atleast 4-6 years experience in Peoplesoft HRMS
Prior experience working in Core HR, self-service, NA Payroll, Absence management and Benefits Administration modules
Should have worked (not mandatory) on third party SAAS products
Strong experience in PeopleSoft Deployment Scenarios
Should have good analytical skills
Independent Contributor with strong communication skills.
Client is very particular about a person with strong working knowledge (not past knowledge), since the project has high visibility and stretched schedule.
