Job Description


The candidate should have 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in handling operations in HRO domain

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Manage accounts / customers that has got high degree of complexity
Manage processes across various tracks of HRO - HR, Time, Payroll, GL etc
Manage a team of size between 30-60 Individual Contributors and Team Leads
Drives Transformational Ideas & Actions in Process Improvement Projects
Interaction with Customers and Internal stakeholders
Setting and driving targets, goals, performance reviews etc. for the team
Interview candidates for backfill positions, lateral and vertical moves
Identify and drive Process Excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects
Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.

Skill Sets

Data Interpretation skills - Knowledge of forecast & trend analysis
Good understanding of training methodologies
Knowledge of change management & risk assessment
Knowledge of Quality tools
Effective Communication, problem solving and decision making skills
Auditing skills - Monitor Compliance adherence
Ability to guide the team on complex and judgmental activities
Knowledge of US payroll finance reconciliation activities - preferred
Proficient in PC skills and MS office applications (including power point)
Analytical and presentation skills
Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
Ability to lead the teams as an Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Team handling experience for 3-5 years in outsourcing environment
