Intensive exposure and hands-on working experience in F&A predominantly in R2R and P2P
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing across multiple geographies in following areas: General Ledger accounting- fixed assets, maintaining financial periods, GL master data maintenance, etc.
Managing month-end close- allocations, consolidations, inter-company, journal entries, roll-forwards, trial balance review, project accounting
Accounts Payable- invoice processing, payments and reconciliations; Expense claim processing, invoice coding, etc.
Should have in-depth Accounting Knowledge and able to understand the financial implications
Responsible for leading the process and managing the people
Responsible for all the process SLAs
Responsible for process controls and Audits
Ability to perform, Multi-Tasking with Prioritization
Conduct team meetings, regular one to one's and provide timely feedback to the team.
Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery
Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training
Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met.
