Responsible for creating, leading & continue directing the team that supports the objectives of the Infrastructure design security, Physical & Information Security, Internal Audits, Ethics/Compliance's for the building & all of its occupants.
Responsible for ensuring over-all Building security to create a safe and secure working environment for the Building occupants by actively advising & collaborating with all stakeholders on security related policy, plans and staff development.
Decision maker for & advisor to the Leadership Team on matters of Building security climate, management effectiveness and security related risks for Building.
Build robust relationships with internal and external key customers / stake holders in the Building to assist with the compliance and understanding of established Security policies and principles. Where appropriate and necessary, influence executives and other decision makers to embrace the adoption or implementation of security controls and measures designed for Building .
Self-Identify significant security risks & design for the Building and implement strategies/programs to prevent/mitigate any life-threatening situations, financial & reputation loss, by directing the in-house / outsourced security staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across the Building .
Develop goals, and establishes metrics to gauge the effectiveness of security specific policies, procedures, and standards relating to investigations and intelligence, operational, physical, and technical security management of the building by establishing performance management objectives designed to hold suppliers / managers accountable for delivery and excellence of ongoing initiatives and goals on Building security.
Plan, Prepare and establish security manual outlining measures and standard operating procedures as per security regulations and restrictions related to the buildings operations and periodically Review, update and enforce the laid down procedures, policies and guidelines relating to Building security operations and emergency response.
Develops close relationships with high level domestic law enforcement, Intelligence agencies and private sector counterparts with the sole aim of having tangible benefits to the Building business & security operations.
Plan, display ownership and manage the capital / operating expenses budget (including annual maintenance's contract) allocated for all security related equipments and services , to ensure zero down-time of the Building security operations.
Responsible for Selection, on-site deployment, periodic training (by designing effective training calendar), supervision and periodic performance review of outsourced security agencies and its personnel / equipments for optimum use so as to ensure total security of Building & all of its occupants.
Through subordinate managers & property management team coordinate and implement site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
Researches and deploys state of the art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safe guard Building assets, optimize security cost & upgrade service levels.
Coordinate and direct Building level emergency planning and all crisis management functions. Take Control of situation during unusual circumstances and events like fire, storm, riots and other emergencies. Develop strategies to ensure continuation of Building services in response to criminal/ financial loss, crimes against persons, sabotage, threats, emergencies, illegal acts and property or environment crimes.
Design & Conduct fire evacuation, anti terror & Bomb Threat trainings for Security Personnel & prepare the Building for mass-evacuation situations. Implement all security risk mitigation related trainings to all stakeholders in the Building
Responsible for leading the creation and implementation of effective safety and security risk related programs for the building, including, but not limited to, investigations, due diligence, employee background vetting, first responder, executive security, travel security, access control monitoring ect.
