Job Description

Industry Content Management team focuses on creating structured, accessible, reusable and relevant content for the industry practitioners across Company.
. The Industry Content Management Specialist assesses current state of existing content (includes looking at usage, satisfaction, age, are people using it etc.) and defines action plan to address content gaps (e.g. harvest or develop).

The Specialist also supports the Industry Content Management Lead in comparing current state to content priorities and in comparing current state to expected usage for strategic content.
The Industry Content Management Specialist is expected to:
Help assess current state of existing content. (Includes looking at usage, satisfaction, age, are people using it etc.)
Define action plan to address content gaps by harvesting
Check on New Wins/SAP Report for possible Engagement Harvesting accounts
Follow up with Engagement contacts for relevant information
Determine key assets that need to be extracted from identified projects and understand Company Intellectual Property Policy for Business Services, Offerings and knowledge assets
Track engagement progress and harvested materials/ sanitization
Follow up with priority engagements for key deliverables
Follow-up with project teams for review and obtain final sign-off
Design pages for the practice, offering sites, training pages (Consider developing central team with senior design skills)
Maintain pages developed for the practice, professional communities, offering sites, training pages, to ensure latest content is found on the site. Work with key stakeholders (Professional Community leads, Marketing team, L&TD, etc) for key updates and identify new content that needs to be highlighted on the sites.
Drive content promotion and awareness about available content - leveraging other organizations as needed (ex. Marketing)
Audit Community Stream (Follow hashtags and communities, Monitor related Streams and Circles, Respond to queries and comments, Tag people related to the topic). Any issue related to the Stream should be raised and escalated to the proper service teams.
Conduct research to find materials
Analyze metrics, identify trends in data and recommend next step (page views, search data)

Assess current state of existing content. (Includes looking at usage, satisfaction, age, are people using it etc.)
Define action plan to address content gaps (e.g. harvest)
Creates structured, accessible, usable and relevant content
Design pages for the practice, offering sites, training pages (Consider developing central team with senior design skills)
Identifies Priority Engagements for harvesting from New Wins/SAP Report and follows up with engagement contacts

Ability to work closely with Industry Content Management Lead and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders
Strategizes according to the metrics and results analysis
Ensures transparency of contents created
Promotes reuse of relevant key knowledge assets for the industry
Ability/ experience in leading a team of 1-2
Shares best practices, insights and expertise with others

6-8 years of overall experience working in the Communications Industry or consulting roles
Past experience in Content Management and/ or Program Management role is a plus
Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with internal stakeholders and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Project management skills
Strong execution skills. Needs to track closely to and meet program milestones, while ensuring that quality is of the highest quality
Ability to work closely with Industry Content Management Lead and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders
