Job Description

The Business Analyst is the primary relationship manager with business partners, collaborating to ensure their needs are met. The Business Analyst will work closely with Business Partners and Business Subject Matter Experts in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements. The Business Analyst will assist staff in the as they elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. The role provides business and technical leadership, coaching and mentoring. The Business Analyst ensures that appropriate strategic direction and adequate solutions are utilized by effectively managing competing and shifting priorities. The Business Analyst also continually seeks ways of improving work processes and business initiatives that improve efficiencies, customer care and expense control.

o Maintenance and refinement of product implementation team processes

o Monitor and report on customer activity during user acceptance phase

Desired Profile 1. Candidate needs to have strong experience in Banking domain.
2. Good understanding either retail banking, commercial banking, trade finance, Cash management, payment or Risk and compliance areas of banking.
3. Good experience in Business Analysis, viz requirement gathering, requirement documentation, stake holder management, solution approach etc.
