The role involves the following responsibilities in relation to assigned business group:

People and Team Management
• Develop a strong team, provide leadership by example, keep the team engaged and motivated. Define career paths and team objectives aligned to the organisational objectives and evaluate performance against those objectives.
• Managing the client relationships and ensuring engagement with the clients on an ongoing basis.
• Overall review and ownership over the work performed within the GFS FORM / BORM team, ensuring adherence to timetable and work plan and maintaining of a high quality of the deliverable.
• Provide the team Technical support and an active involvement in the work performed and delivered by the team.
Continuously innovate with focus to improve process – enhance efficiencies and add value; ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team.
