Focus of the Function:
Owning the HR agenda for a Business and working with the operating teams to deliver on the key deliverables.
Will lead and direct the existing HR team
Transition new accounts seamlessly and set up the accounts from scratch, ensure proper HR plan and focus on all existing accounts
Will own the process end to end and deliver seamless HR support to all existing and new accounts.
Partner with Ops and BD team to ensure staffing, retention and career for resources.
Will need to partner with business to ensure commercialization of opportunities.
Must provide people support for performance management, coaching and feedback.
