Purpose of the Role:
To explore the market potential in the region especially in Automotive and Industrial
Segments, to generate RFQ's and to initiate New business , Payment follow up and C forms
Type of experience:
PREFER THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FASTENERS ONLY
Strong experience with direct OE + Tier-1 for market segments like Passenger Vehicles, 2W, CV, Farm Eqpt, CE, MH and others
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare a business plan for the assigned region with complete mapping of potential customers
Very good Product knowledge of High Tensile Fasteners including Processes and Cost Structure
Deliver consistently on the revenue targets by smoothly managing schedules, collections, c-forms and others.
Keep a constant track of significant market activities that may impact company's future business.
Also track competitive activities, product benchmarks, alignments between competition and customers, etc.
customer satisfaction survey to be conducted once in 6 months and duly analysed framing improvement for bridging gaps.
