Job Description

Individual would be a senior leader and will act as the primary contact for all Sourcing Projects routed to the Sourcing Support group. The individual is expected to support highly complex statements of work, change orders, amendments and addendums along with managing eRFx events related to specific categories of Bank. Individual will perform as a contributing member in the Sourcing team to drive compliance, reduce complexities and highlight opportunities to negotiate with the vendors.


Senior procurement specialist with deep subject matter expertise
Primary contact for all work assigned to the team
Expected to draft, review and approve highly complex statements of work, change orders, amendments and addendums
Manages workflow within the team and is responsible for the timely delivery of all tasks assigned within the team
Team Management
Adds value to the transactions assigned to the team when necessary
Resolves or escalates issues to appropriate stakeholders

Required Skills:

7+ years of Sourcing & contract drafting experience
Contract drafting experience in Consumer, Technology, and Investment Banking commodities
Negotiation skills
Legal background working with documents such as: Statements of Work, Amendments, Addendums, Change Orders, Non-disclosure Agreements and other similar legal instruments
Experience working with a globally diverse team
Able to multi-task. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Ariba or other applications supporting Procurement Operations
