1) Overall responsible for IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Uptime management of 99.95 % at Vizag delivery center
2) Ensuring stability and availability of IT infrastructure components (Server / Network / Voice) to support a growing and dynamic business.
3) Responsible for ensuring IT Service delivery and SLAs for multiple clients in line with contractual requirement
4) Budget planning and running the IT within the same budget.
5) Conceptualize CI projects and show efficiencies to reduce the cost of IT operations.
6) Implementing specific IT support model for new clients being transitioned from different geographies
7) Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements
8) Managing service delivery for incident , problem and change management as per ITIL
