Recruitment Analytics & Modelling Specialist is responsible for reviewing recruitment scorecards, analysis of recruitment data, manages recruitment survey rollout and results analysis, enable tracking of recruitment headcount.
He/she will interact with recruitment leads on a regular basis for target setting and budget planning exercise.
He/she should use the knowledge of recruitment reports to enable automation and should be able to respond to adhoc report requests.
He/she will be managing a team of 2 members to support this function and will be responsible for professional development of the team.
Monthly recruitment scorecard review with recruitment leads
Monthly/Biannual recruitment survey release and result analysis review with recruitment leads
Monthly recruitment headcount tracking against approved blue print
Quarterly budget planning and headcount planning with recruitment leads
Release of global reports and India statutory reports in collaboration with CFR
Adhoc recruitment analytics and reporting
7 years of analytics, reporting and stakeholder management experience
Ability to analyze and trend huge amount of data and draw sensible conclusions
Understanding of recruitment process is an added advantage
Ability to interact with an array of stakeholders to get required data/information for success of the role
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent time management skills, good project management skills, ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
