2. Define and manage research and analysis to create data-driven insights about visitor behavior from traffic patterns and navigation of the sites and applications.
3. Fully leverage Web analytics tool (such as Webtrends, Google Analytics, Flurry, and TeaLeaf) to measure, track and optimize user interaction to inform future testing and site improvements.
