- To plan and drive Business HR activities PAN India with GM HR.
- To implement HR Plan and HR calendar across TFS
- To participate in HR budgeting, Branch Restructuring,
- Designing & Implementation of HR Policies and Programs across all hubs.
- Measure effectiveness of HR programs and create action plans to increase its effectiveness.
- To be a single point contact and advisor for Branch HRs
Prepare Presentation and follow up on actions for MRM, Ops com and other key meetings.
